Stretching with single leg: This one works out well after a while
The Single-Leg Stretch
How to do it:
- Lie on mat with knees bent and lift off head and shoulders
- Breath in as you pull the left knee towards the chest and put the left hand on ankle and right hand on the knee
- Lift the other leg by about 45 degrees
- Do the other one the same way and do about 5-10 reps for each one.
