Twisting Ballet style: It helps with this one if you have someone helping you and guiding you
How to do it:
- Sit on floor with legs pressed together and extended
- From the hips lean back at half a right angle
- Bring arms up like a ballet dancer
- Twist upper body to the right with right arm on mat while left arm is above for about 3 seconds
- Do both sides for 6 to 8 repetitions.
