Climbing up: This is super crunch that really works
How to do it:
- Lie on the floor with 3 feet long cloth wrapped around the right foot with knees bent and left foot on the ground
- Hold scarf in both the hands and extend the right leg with foot flexed
- Now walk the hands up the scarf while lifting head and shoulders from the floor and hold for a couple of seconds before lowering the same way
- Do about 8-10 reps for both sides.
