We have tried almost anything for that flat abdomen but the fact is it is not easy. But here we list the ones that have really worked:
Tummy hold: This looks odd to do so do it by yourself. But odd or not it really works.
How to do it:
- Sit straight on the edge of a chair that is sturdy and place hands on the edge with fingers pointing to the knees
- Tighten the tummy, bring toes off the floor to about 2-4 inches and lift the bum off the chair, holding this position as long as you can bear it
- Come back to start position and repeat for about 60 seconds.
